Step 7 – Complete the Course/Program Evaluation

Once you’ve successfully completed your test of objective learning, you simply need to complete a brief program evaluation before generating your certificate.

To Complete the Course/Program Evaluation Online: You can access the "Course Evaluation" from the page immediately following your test submission. Complete each item and “Submit Evaluation”.

Alternatively, you can access your course evaluation at any future time by accessing your online course and linking to the “Course Evaluation” at the bottom of the "Course Sections" box and/or at the bottom of any course page.

To Fax or Mail the Course/Program Evaluation: Download a copy of the program evaluation following the download materials instructions in Step 5. Complete the evaluation and fax or mail it to:
